How Long have you been a Thunderbirds Season Ticket Member?

2 Years

 

What got you interested in Lacrosse/Thunderbirds?

We went to our first game in 2019 and we loved the pace, the atmosphere, and the athleticism. Our son has since been playing for 3 years and we’ve come to embrace the origin story and history of the game and it’s culture.

 

Who is your favourite Thunderbirds player?

That’s a tough one. Tyson Bell, Warren Hill, Clarke Petterson and Cody Jamieson all come up in conversation a lot in our family

 

What is your favourite part of going to Thunderbirds games?

We love the atmosphere and experience but ultimately we love watching the game itself. Seeing the level of skill that the players have is pretty impressive and a lot of fun to watch.

 

What is your favourite Thunderbirds memory?

The comeback against the Rock in the 21/22 playoffs was pretty incredible. The final result was a bummer but the feeling during the second half of that game and the way the guys came back was pretty awesome. That said, our son had a chance to play for the Jr Thunderbirds at the Jr NLL this year and that was an amazing experience. That’s probably my favourite memory and one we won’t forget.
