Knox played for the Nanaimo Timbermen of the Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) this past summer putting up 53 points in 28 games... Knox spent his university career between Ohio State University and Hobart University... A Tewaarton Award Watch List member in 2020... Broke the NEC game record with 10 goals in 2020... NEC All-Rookie team and Four-time NEC Rookie of the Week in 2019... Knox played his Junior lacrosse career in Burlington where he ended his career with 213 points in 53 games.
